While we strive to ensure that all of our products go through a stringent quality control, a manufacturing defect may pass unnoticed in a rare case. In such a case, please email us (along with an image of the defective piece) as soon as you receive your order at bhavnakumar80@gmail.com and we would be happy to replace the same. This is also applicable where the piece is damaged in transit or when you receive an incorrect order. Our returns and exchanges policy is as follows:

  • You acknowledge that the terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that the terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party

    (10am-8pm IST MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
  • We must receive the merchandise within 10 days from the date of delivery
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must also be in the original packaging
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns/ exchanges
  • If you are shipping an item back and if it is over INR 4000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
  • We do not accept returns on international shipping
  • To complete your return, we would require a receipt or proof of purchase
  • We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our above terms and conditions

  • Since the resolution and colour composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colours of products displayed on our website
  • All returns/ exchanges/ replacements if any, will be at our discretion
  • All resin products are fragile and breakable in nature.
