Domestic shipping (within India):

• We provide free shipping pan India.
• Prices specified on the website are inclusive of Indian taxes.
• Handbags are usually shipped within 5-7 business days of order placed.
• Orders within India usually reach the customer within 3-4 days of dispatch.
• The customer will be notified once the order is dispatched.
• Tracking details may be provided on request once the order is dispatched.
• We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been dispatched.
• If you wish to send multiple items to more than one address, please place one order per shipping address.

International shipping:

• Exact shipping rate will be calculated on checkout.
• For the UK, USA, UAE, Canada, Australia, Kuwait and Oman
  (ZONE A) the shipping is INR 1900 per product.
• For Pakistan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Turkey, Thailand, Taiwan, Switzerland, Sweden, Sri Lanka, Spain, Singapore, Qatar, Philippines, Norway, Nepal, Myanmar, Maldives, Malaysia, Lebanon, Jordan, Japan, Italy, Hong Kong,  Greece, Germany, France, Egypt, China, Bhutan, Belgium, Bangladesh, Azerbaijan, Austria (ZONE B) the shipping is INR 2200 per product.
• For all other countries (ZONE C) the shipping is INR 3000 per product.
• In-stock orders will be shipped in 5-7 business days of order placed.
• Customs Duties and Other Fees – Custom Duties and Other Fees will be calculated at the arrival port of your country. The cost of duties would be borne by the customer. Fedex/ Shipper will call you before delivery to confirm the amount.
• Tracking information will be provided in a confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.
• We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been dispatched.
